Alright Alright Alright. My name is Casey Andreski, and I am an Account Manager here at NexGen. I grew up in Wisconsin where I was a competitive sailor and won the two largest interlake regattas in the United States. I went to the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and studied Geography and Environmental Science with an emphasis on GIS. All my life I have been passionate about being a man for others, and always make that apparent in my day-to-day interactions. Before I started with NexGen, I was working for a non-profit aiding in the support against teenage suicide and drug use. I enjoy long walks on the beach, getting caught in the rain, and a warm pair of socks. Outside of work you can find me cooking, reading, or watching a movie.

Jonathan Friesen is a Colorado Native that has planted his roots deep in the heart of his community. From an early age he was taught to do what is right and to be a man of his word. Before NexGen, Jonathan was pursuing the DEA but after he got his degree, he decided that wasn’t the path he wanted to take. Joel Massey and Jonathan worked at a country club together and it was there that they decided to start a business together. The cornerstone of NexGen was to be built with a country club manner. Meaning they would always go above and beyond for their clients no matter the situation. As NexGen grew, Jonathan realized there was a lot of corruption in the industry. Contractors were taking advantage of homeowners and property managers and this was unacceptable. Likewise, insurance companies were abusing their authority with policy holders by not properly paying what was owed to make the clients “whole”. This was intolerable and since the beginning Jonathan and Joel have been innovating new ways to combat these problematic trends. They have taken an approach to not work with the insurance companies but instead work with the policy holder to ensure they are taken care of no matter what. In doing so, NexGen has been able to be ahead of the industry not only by their remarkable service, but also by their ability to complete insurance claims in record times without settling for less and without cutting corners. Jonathan is proud to say there is not one contract NexGen hasn’t fully fulfilled. He is confident of his team and will always expect nothing less than the best for NexGen and for his clients.
