How We Work
Community Onboarding
We meet with the HOA board and property manager to determine the property’s needs, roof types, and unit count. We then customize a plan.Initial Inspection & Photo Report
Every building is thoroughly inspected, photographed, and documented. A formal roof report is created to establish baseline conditions.Biannual Maintenance Visits
Two visits per year include inspections, minor repairs (like sealing pipe boots, flashing touch-ups, and debris removal), and documentation.Flat-Rate Emergency Repairs
Members get priority service and access to reduced, flat-rate pricing for urgent or unexpected repairs.Priority Response After Storms
Communities enrolled in Peak Protection get first-in-line response after a hailstorm or major weather event — no more waiting weeks for help.
