Job Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and train 1099 roofing sales reps
Conduct weekly coaching sessions and performance reviews
Teach reps to leverage our referral platform, CRM tools, and automation tech
Help reps set up and manage their calendars, pipelines, and goal plans
Coordinate and assign incoming leads strategically
Ensure company standards and ethics are met across all rep interactions
Motivate reps to consistently hit personal and team sales targets
Collaborate with owners to identify growth opportunities and market shifts

Requirements
3+ years in roofing sales or construction sales
Prior leadership or team management experience
Proven ability to coach and drive performance in others
Tech-savvy: understands CRMs, automations, scheduling tools
Strong work ethic and ownership mentality
Excellent communication, leadership, and accountability standards
Must reside in or near the SE Denver Metro Area
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation:
Override Commission: 1.5%–2.5% on all rep sales under your leadership
Recruitment Bonus: $500 per rep onboarded and trained
Performance Bonus: Based on team close rates and revenue benchmarks
Optional Base Stipend: $1,500–$2,500/month (upon hitting performance milestones)
