In 2018, Pinnacle Ranch filed a claim with their insurance carrier after hailstorms damaged the community’s roofs. The claim was quickly denied. Frustrated, the board turned to their management company and asked: "Who can we trust to fight for us?" The answer: NexGen Roofing.
